3x Thursday: 09/06/y2k+7: Funks
1. How do you get thru and past a work funk? When it happens, is it just a case of ‘I don’t want to be here’, or is it something else?
I just muddled through it, usually it was because I was unsure of something. Example if I knew a certain job function was coming up that was undesirable, I would Dread the moment of doing it. Once it was over, I would be ok.
2. What about relationship funks? Do you think that sometimes a little time away from the other person helps things? Why/why not?
A little time, like a day or two away is very good for relationships. I just don’t like being away from my family daily. I wish we could be together all day everyday and just spent 2 days away every two weeks or so.
3. What about when you get annoyed with a friend, or vice versa? How do you deal with those kinds of situations?
I keep away for a little bit and then come back to them or never hear/call them again… I’m an extreme person, it’s all or nothing.
