We went to the beach today near Ft. Popham, Maine, it was so beautiful.  I love going to the ocean, it is so inspiring to see the deptch and grandness of the world.  The kids had a great time building sand piles and running in and out of the water.  We also attempted to walk to Fox Island but there was still a lot of water.  We wanted to wait for low tide but all of us were hungry and I didn’t bring enough food. 

I must say that water was COLD!  I could barely go in past my ankles and one time when I came out my toes were purplish!  The kids ran in and out of the water not noticing.  Some fun things we did were walk on sand island, attempt to walk out to Fox Island, play sand games like tic tac toe, writing our names, practicing letters/numbers in the sand.

I feel so common… when I went to godaddy to get the domain for this site, I spent about an hour and a half trying to come up with a name that was taken.  I wanted something that crossed subjects but descriptive enough to know that I was probably blogging at night and in my pajamas.  I didn’t really do much research, I didn’t realize how many variations existed of moms that wear pajamas.  I thought it would be nice to link out to them in case you stumbled here by mistake:
