How many shopping days left til Christmas?

I’m going with 38! I’m not exactly sure, because (pick one of these excuses)
a. I don’t have a calendar handy
b. too lazy to look it up online
c. can’t account for your motivation, should I count today or not, hmmm…

What’s your shopping list look like? I have no idea what to buy right now. I don’t want to spend money on temporary things, although all this material stuff is temporary AND I don’t really want my kids to associate Christmas with STUFF.

I’ve been buying and giving them and plan to keep Christmas pretty low key around here. Besides, it seems overwhelming to them when they get too much at one time.

I just started another blog, this time about BEAUTY!

I named it Steeping Beauty because I love green tea and I love skin care products and make up. The idea came from looking at other beauty blogs, sepcifically Christina Jones’ http://www.ebeautydaily.com

I was looking around the other day and it reminded me how much I’ve let myself go. I’m sure other moms can relate to putting themselves last!

Being last is in the past for me… I’ve turned over a new leaf and have been cleansing and putting make up three days in a row! Hooray for me! My husband even said, “you look nice”. Incredible, I know!
